We had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and supportive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television for our leisure. We especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where we could unwind and relax after a long day. The staff, from the guard to the general manager, were always available and accommodating, making special orders and fulfilling any requests without any issues. The free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected, and the car park was convenient for our vehicle. the service and facilities provided here exceeded our expectations, creating an enhanced level of comfort and luxury.

Our stay at this hotel was so enjoyable that we highly recommend it to others.

We loved the hotel's location as it was in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, with close proximity to main attractions. The cleanliness was impressive, and hotel facilities such as the rooftop terrace and ping pong table were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and very helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

thin walls, you can hear couples doing their stuff in the other room. location is another thing we did not like.

We liked everything at basil the residency including the food and staff. Near lotus temple and all the action. Next to the airport, 12 miles. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.

Nothing at all - the place is just perfect!

The hotel staff provides excellent service and a valley of smiles upon arrival. the clean and quiet rooms have comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, air conditioning, and free Wifi. the restaurant offers a mouthwatering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with multiple cuisines to choose from. the hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to Delhi's central attractions.

The hotel is somewhat difficult to locate for auto rickshaws and taxis.

The hotel offered comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping and laundry service. the location is accessible to different tourist spots and local restaurants.

The only downside is their breakfast, as it lacks variety compared to other hotels in the area. it's not a major concern as there are many options nearby.

The hotel is a great option for business trips! The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities such as a TV, a fridge, a tea/coffee maker, and even light snacks. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything needed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the nearby area. Plus, the food is delicious, prepared fresh and served in a timely manner.

The breakfast options are quite limited with only a few basic items available. the restaurant can have a bit of a wait time for orders to be prepared, but the end result is worth it.
